MasterControl365

Play-Out Master Control 365 is the web server that handles all functions between IP Device and application S/W to operators. From a web browser a user can see status and send IP control commands, create schedules e.g. for when a screen should be turned on or off. The information can be shared between users in different global locations. All via a web browser.

WEB Monitoring

From a web page can operator remotely control function for both application S/W and IP Devices via Play-Out Watchdog. Control command is sent from the web server to the watchdog which forwards it to the IP device or application S/W. Multiple users can work simultaneously in the system and with different user access rights

Watchdog Monitoring

It’s Play-Out Watchdog that monitor and collects data from both application S/W or IP Devices. Play Out Watchdog acts as a local server for both software and IP hardware and transfers the data to the web server.

Control Command

Control command is sent from the web server to the watchdog which forwards it to the IP device or application S/W

Automatic Function

If a monitoring S/W stops or crash it will be restarted from Play-Out Watchdog. If a monitoring IP display is turned “off” it will be turned “on” from Play-Out Watchdog.

Site Detail

Site Detail gives a more detailed view of the status of the monitoring device and consists of five status and command fields. From here a operator can send different control command to the application S/W or IPDevice.

XL Signage adapts the video card resolution and can be used in any size or resolution.

Site Cluster

Cluster view shows the groups and all the applications S/W and IP Devices that are linked to a group. It also displays the status of all units in a group. Cluster view is a graphic layout that makes it easier to get a clear picture of their groups in a clusters. The function is dynamic, the more applications S/W and IP Devices that are added to the group the more details appear. By pressing a device name a user will be directed to the device site detail page. From Site Detail a user can monitor and send control commands.

  • Monitoring

    Applications software and IP Devices can be monitored by Watchdog to Master Control 365.

  • Display Screen Status

    Camera surveillance of an display screen can be done via Watchdog. The image is broadcasted to MasterControl365. There are also a option to send a desktop image to MasterControl365.

  • Automatic Monitoring

    Watchdog has several of options for monitoring and email report.

    • track interval
    • restart when no responds
    • restart if user close
    • restart on recoverable
    • track client debug info
    • send email for start, stop, register info

  • External Control

    True MasterControl365 can remote commands be send to a Watchdog that is monitoring applications and IP device. Feedback status from both applications and IP device is broadcast back to MasterControl365.

  • User Levels

    In order to work within Master Control 365 a user must be set up and given user access created. The system has multiple levels of users and user rights and keeps track of users’ rights and to which groups and entities they belong to.

  • Schedule

    Watchdog can perform scheduler commands carried out via the MasterControl 365. The schedule can be set to; individual, daily or weekly.
